It should be handed over to the "CUSTOMER" when he receives the "MACHINE". |
| The MAINTENANCE BOOK is enclosing : |
- general information about the "INSTALLER" - General Information about the "CUSTOMER" - General Information about the firms charged with maintenance - Precise Localisation and identification of the "MACHINE" - Precise identification of all additional parts - A list of all identified risks which have been signalised to the customer. |
| The best is to collect the following documents in a plastic bag : |
- The MAINTENANCE BOOK. - all certificates CE. - all documents, instructions and suggestions of maintenance. - Les schémas. - Un double du test initial de limitation des forces. |
